5. When we perform the contract

These data processes are based on lawful performance of the contract and your consent, which you may revoke at any time.

Newsletters are sent out via the Mailchimp marketing platform provided by Rocket Science Group, LLC, 675 Ponce de Leon Ave, NE Suite 5000, Atlanta, GA 30308 USA. Your email address will be stored on this service provider’s servers and used solely for the purpose of sending out newsletters. 7. For email and other correspondence
If you contact us via our websites or by some other channel, we need your email address and may need other contact data, which we will store on our server. We use these data and associated metadata to process your request, for further correspondence with you and for general customer care. These data are processed based on lawful performance of the contract and your consent, which you may revoke at any time.

8. Transfer of data abroad
We may transfer your personal data to third-party companies abroad as and when appropriate for the purpose of the data processing described in this privacy policy. Such third-party companies are subject to the same data protection requirement as we are. 9. Data retention and erasure
We hold your data only for as long as required by law or for the purpose of processing. In the case of analyses, we store your data until such time as the analysis has been completed. If we store data pursuant to a contract with you, those data will be stored for at least as long as the contract exists, but for no longer than the period of limitation for potential claims by us or the compulsory statutory or contractual retention period.

Where we process your data with your consent, we shall stop any such processing immediately if you revoke such consent.
